  • You will be asked to record yourself performing three (3) exercises throughout each week to check for form quality and assess any needs for programming adjustments and suggestions.

  • Nutritional Tips and Weekly Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner options that will give you some meal ideas so you don’t have to worry about searching for that on your own!

  • You will have weekly check-ins with Frank to check on your progress

When you book this, Frank will contact you for a consultation appointment to give a better idea for what your fitness goals are for the program, explanation of exercises and nutritional insights for getting a better idea for where your daily caloric intake should be, optimal macronutrient percentages and keeping tabs on progress along the way!
