About Frank
Education and Background:
Frank holds a Master’s degree in Kinesiology and Corrective Exercise through A.T. Still University. He is also a Certified Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and holds a Level 1 nutrition certification through Precision Nutrition.
Frank has 10 years’ experience in health and fitness, working with older adults as a fitness manager, challenge coordinator, and personal trainer. He also specializes in Boot Camp exercise, post-rehab mobility and stability work, Cardio Drumming and guided Couch-to-5K running programs, bringing practical, evidence-based and results-focused coaching and a supportive, can-do attitude — plus a dash of humor and patience — to every client.
Frank’s philosophy throughout his career is to always be learning and growing alongside the ongoing developments in the fitness industry. He also believes that every person follows a distinct fitness journey, and that there is no such thing as a “one-program-fits-all” approach to exercise. That’s why, when you work with Frank, he meets you where you are, tailors a plan to your specific goals, and guides you step-by-step toward reaching them.
Frank will also suggest workout playlists based on your music tastes.
